Mother's Day Portraits Offer for 2016

Hello Lovelies!
Becca is a '14 Senior who had a gorgeous session with her awesome Mom. I think it's great that they both had this session together. When you get to spend time with these two you experience how strong their connection is. As well as how funny they can be when they occupy the same room! Mother & Daughter sessions have a spot close to my heart because we can celebrate different stages of beauty.

As you can see these two women are beautiful and enjoy a close relationship. I encourage all mothers to have a session similar to this with their children. Mothers deserve some 'face time' in front of the camera (especially with their loved ones).

Christa was a glamour newbie for her session. THIS was her FIRST time getting hair and makeup done. Meaning, her first time ever wearing makeup and her first time curling her hair. She was gorgeous before but she was stunning during her session.

I kept her look light. Not everyone is a fan of how makeup feels on their skin so I kept it simple.

Her dresses were cute and reflected her style. The green dress was a piece that she had never worn but always wanted an excuse to wear. I think we're all guilty of doing that!

Zach | 5 Months

The last time I saw Roxy before her Cake Smash was for a mini session with her cousin and then her newborn pictures before then. I've know Roxy's Mom for a few years now and it's always a pleasure to work with her family.

Here's an adorable picture from her being a newborn.

Roxy did wonderful for her cake smash. It's always tricky. Sometimes little ones are mobile enough to not want to sit still, even for cake! A few little ones hate getting their hands sticky. Regardless of how the session goes, it's always fun and a great memory.

Some sort of bath time or clean up routine can be fun (or a breather) for the little ones. They're more familiar with bath, and bubbles, and even playing in the sink.

I hope you've enjoyed the pretty purples, pink tutus, color balloons, confetti, and cake smash.

Kaelyn | Paradise HS Senior

When Kaelyn's Dad set up her senior session with me he mentioned that her style was 'Steam Punk'. So many ideas came to mind for an amazing session to match her style. I don't want to be someone who advocates trespassing but we did a little trespassing to get some awesome pictures.

We snuck through a hole in the fence and made our way to this abandoned building. It was actually used for a TV show as a prison, so there are faux watch towers and bars over the windows. When scouting this location my friend and I got a little spooked by the watch towers before we realized they were fake.

Kaelyn is stunning and so much fun to work with. I'll post some fun behind the scenes shots in another post!

Modeling at Benbrook Lake

Hello Friends & Fans!

I've been working with Ms C for a while now and at my last wedding they attended her Mom approached me for a new session. Ms C's modeling agency needed some swim suit pictures. After trying to find a good place to have the session at we settled on Benbrook Lake. In my previous visits I remembered calm shores and some light colored sand. So early one Saturday morning we ventured to the lake. It was really sunny that morning and getting hot. Ms C came prepared with many suit options and some beach gear. Her mom was a great help to me with lighting support. We got some great pictures with the three of us working together! Enjoy the fruits of our labor :)

This last image is Sport's Illustrated worthy in my eyes. She rocked this shot!

This session was so much fun and it was great to work with Ms C again. We made a 2013 Calendar from this session and it looks amazing! I can't wait for our next session. Realtor Head Shots | Referral Special

Julie has been a great friend of mine for a few years now and I'm so proud of her.

She just got her real estate license and came to me for head shots.

Kayla Edgemon is my makeup artist and subject to schedule availability.
During the session a few colored walls are available to get several poses done with each color.
Approximately 7-10 images will be created, edited, and available for you to select your final three for download.
Image processing after the session will take between 5-10 days.

Her parents are from Ireland and they found a surrogate mother to have Sophie.

Newborn portraits aren't common in Ireland like they are in the United States.

I had the awesome pleasure of seeing this beautiful family again for their Christmas portraits. My client has some beautiful children and has great Christmas cards made to send out to family and friends. This is my second year seeing them and the first was during a newborn session. I am such a fan of purple and this family pulled together beautiful outfits for their portraits that were complimented by the fall colors.

B&A's Wedding

Hello Friends and Fans!

Braden & Audrey came from out of town to have their wedding at the Frisco Heritage Center. Audrey did an amazing job with the theme of her wedding. The grey and yellow worked beautifully at the Depot. The couple had a great time and laughed easily through out the day. This would be considered a mega post with all the pictures that are included, enjoy!
